fixed JRN dataset URL again...

... to resolve more usefully. It is tough knowing which URL denotes the data package due to lack of content negotiation...

Are you sure that is the canonical URI for that subject? Seems like a temporary application URI to me, because he ? in the URI indicates the start of a query string, and the /nis/mapbrowse seems application specific. We should be sure the examples use canonical subject URIs (e.g.., the PID or SID URI).
