Web server written in LPC for the FluffOS driver

Goal:
Serve both static and dynamic pages
Dynamic pages using a Django-esque approach
Basic-Auth & Digest-Auth with external bindings to custom LPC daemons
WebDAV support

Optional:
Support for binary data in http response using buffer datatype or base64 encodings
