Remove logout exit dialog

Closes #1209

• Removed the confirmation dialog that appears when a user taps "Log out."
• Now, when a user taps "Log out," we’ll automatically assume they’re absolutely, unequivocally, 100% certain they want to log out - no second-guessing required.
