Uses bitskin API to retrive skin info.

Get information on any skin s!skin (weapon) (skin) (quality)
- Uses a python algorithm to dynamically dtermine whatever the users inputed into the highest matched Weapon, Skin and Quality
- You can put random for each argument
- Returns embed with lowest priced listing, link to view in game, wear, highest price, when is it withdrawable, average price, link to buy on bitskins

- note that the color of the embed changes depending on the rarity of the weapon but these pics are old and didnt have that featured yet
