@ytangnoaa Your branch did not include the change that Kai made for other source codes with AQM_utils. The codes were not compiled successfully. Please see the error message below

However, the revised code, gefs2clbcs_para.fd was compiled and tested successfully when I copied your code for a test manually. This means that you need to update your branch with EMC/AQM_utils after Brain merges the changes.
