Phil Pegion noted: "If you are concerned about the ensemble runtime with stochastic physics on,
I recommend removing ntrunc, lat_s, and lon_s from the namelist. I have fixed the bug that
forced the spectral resolution of the random patterns to be related to the number of mpi tasks.
Now the code calculates the appropriate truncation for a given length scale.
It probably won't save a lot of time, but it is worth it. Scientifically, the patterns are the same.

* Enable outputting a grid (regional_latlon, rotated_latlon, or lambert_conformal) larger than the native computation grid for the regional or nested domain/tile. * Enable writing out the output on the native computation grid directly without any interpolation for the regional or nested domain/tile. * Also the missing value in physics bundle is changed from real(kind_phys) to real in io/FV3GFS_io.F90 as the file could be compiled in 32bit real or 64bit real.

Per users requests that accumulated throughout the year, 25 new stations are being added to operational GFS bufr station list, along with 3 existing stations modifications. This is part of a mid-year station update for all models.
