This includes changes to the way the API postprocesses ray data, transitioning to numpy instead of calling SolTrace for common transforms and matrix operations. The API documentation is updated to better match the code. Additional documentation is generated using Doxygen for the Python API resulting in HTML and PDF help documentation.
