Why this feature is necessary:
tweak the reV-reeds-plexos pipeline to:

Aggregate generation profiles for each SC gid in the reeds buildout
Aggregate pre-presribed PLEXOS node profiles (instead of doing a nearest neighbor buildout)

A possible solution is:
Add kwargs to PlexosAggregation to return sc-gid profiles or to build pre-prescribed nodes
