Not sure how many version of IE are affected. Know that at least IE 11 does not exhibit the same problem. To reproduce the behavior:

  • Load a dictionary with a parameter type of 'list'
  • Try selecting the parameter with IE9.
  • Nothing happens. No AJAX is fired to replace the list of parameter values. As if the change event is not getting fired.

IE was silently choking on a console.log statement
left in for debugging.
