Vartija is a basic authentication service for unifying authentication across several services. It is designed to work with more complicated authentication and identity providers in a pluggable way using standard HTTP protocols.
Vartija is also Finnish for guard.
The project is open source, and has been licensed with specific conditions to allow its source to be used for commercial and non-profit purposes. Please read the license for more information.
