Upgrade v8 to 7.5.288.22

According to [OmahaProxy](https://omahaproxy.appspot.com/), the latest stable version of the V8 engine for android is `7.5.288.22`. To take advantage of the latest ES features and optimisations we should upgrade the NativeScript runtime to this version.
