This repository contains the main data for the project. All code is written in Mathematica.

Description of data in this repository

• modules/ folder contains code necessary to process and analyze files and to visualize data.
• data/ folder contains data such as the 2061 Gene Regulatory Networks (GRNs) and the topologies they belong to.
• notebooks/ contains Mathematica notebooks with different steps of the data analysis.
• scripts/ contains additional code for data analysis.
• example/ contains example code to run the evolutionary algorithm.
