Regarding TPP

While analyzing peptides in TPP, I am getting the warning which says mixture model quality failed for charge 2+ and 3+ and I cannot proceed further. Kindly help in troubleshooting.

Hi @anjunagpal. We are not the developers or maintainers of TPP. You should check their website for help.

However, I can help with some tips. When that warning shows up, it means that the program did not find enough observations for the given charge state to apply the models. If you see the log above, a few lines before the warnings, you'll notice the number of PSMs for each charge state; you have around 878 for each. The cause could be a bad raw file, a faulty experiment, or a database search done with the wrong parameters.
