This adds an example file for users who want to automate the on-boarding of CVS.
It is basically automating this process: https://cloud.google.com/solutions/partners/netapp-cloud-volumes/quickstart?hl=en_US
This Terraform code isn't using the provider at all. All calls use Google's provider.
It is provided as-is to give users a starting point for their own automation.
Please note, that enabling the cloudvolume API involves a Google Marketplace action which cannot be automated and needs to be done manually.
