Avoid an implicit int in the iconv and realpath checks. For realpath, include <stdlib.h>. In the tcpwrappers checks, supply an autoconf-style prototype for the hosts_access function, to avoid an implicit function declaration.
This avoids a build failure with future compilers due to an implicit function declaration.
