Problem: The plugins being in a different view from the mod list leads some new users to think it just sorts itself out and they don't need to touch it
Proposal: When a mod adds a plugin to the load order, notify the user that has happened.
Problem: Users often think LOOT is some kind of magic, indepth conflict resolution system and isn't basically just a user-generated tag list
Proposal: When the user first opens the "Plugins" tab, give a little pop-up summarising how the system works
Problem: When plugins are new (or have no LOOT data), there's a high chance they'll be sorted incorrectly
Proposal: If a plugin has no LOOT data at all, display a warning (where LOOT messages would normally show) telling them it may not get sorted correctly
