Having DEBUG set in the env will still do a debug build, but honoring the env's CFLAGS
It's mostly OOM, !exist or corrupt anyway.
I'm probably going to ditch the ms-extensions...
We don't actually ever check if the color type is Gray or RGB, we only care about Palette
positioning, and not just size.
Always use RGB, never pass palette indexes
We've stopped using palette indexes
Instead of manually having to flip the comments when I need it...
Use the dedicated ioctl when area is full-screen.
