Summary

Dropped python 2 support. Supported python versions are now 3.6 and up.

Thanks @zStupan. Great work!

By the way, what about the 3.9 and 3.10 Python versions? Do you maybe have any info of NiaPy compatibility with 3.9/3.10 versions?

@firefly-cpp No problem.

It works on 3.9 on my local machine, I believe it should work on 3.10 too. I don't know if 3.9 and 3.10 can be included in the CI builds though, as far as I know only version 3.8 is available on the current ubuntu release. I can try adding it and we'll see what happens.

You can try it also on Fedora. Python 3.9 is supported there. Thanks for all the hard work.
