Currently all dots have an aria-label that is "Page " + iterator. This isn't always a good text and especially for web sites using different languages this could preferably be changed to a localized term.
I added the optional option "dotLabel" that will fallback to "Page " as before if not set.
Hopefully the change is non-intrusive, explained well and introduced sufficiently in the docs
