I'm reaching out to the xDrip+ developers. In the full translation of the app itself, these enclosed menu options cannot be translated into any language, because I don't know why you didn't give permission to do so. It is those options circled in red that are locked for translation, in all possible languages. I hope this will be fixed and you will allow it so we can finish our translation.
