Issue description

It seems like all packages "maintained" by https://github.com/dapphub/ are not actually maintained.

While it's great that upstream provides a Nix overlay (https://github.com/dapphub/dapptools
) that's not an excuse to just leave these packages unmaintained in the nixpkgs tree.
At this point I think it would be better to drop these packages.
