Describe the bug
I'm testing the graphical KDE iso and want to create a screenshot of an issue. That seem not to be possible.

IRC suggested https://superuser.com/questions/1179749/is-there-a-way-to-take-a-screenshot-in-kde-desktop-by-pressing-only-the-prtsc

but it does nothing and the shortcut does not exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. ...
  2. ...
  3. ...

Expected behavior
in other desktops like pantheon (and gnome i guess) i can just press PRINT and a screenshot is saved in Pictures/Screenshots

Screenshots
😄

spectacle needs to be in environment.systemPackages, that being said it seems like #99693 was created which would install spectacle by default when using KDE.

Ahh, I forgot to hit submit to my comment. I guess I'll put it anyways even though @xfix mentioned the fix

@davidak I believe the in kdeApplications is spectacle. I don't think it's installed so there's no program to trigger with the shortcut. TBH, I think the defaults in plasma5 (it being so minimal) need to be rethought. In gnome we've completely redone it to support a wide array of users (the most average to the one who doesn't want anything installed default etc.).

Fixes #99680.

In the future I think it would be nice if plasma5 could assume
an approach for an interface we have in the gnome3 module [0].
Notably being able to exclude packages with an option from
the default environment and having a default environment that
is useful to the average user. See [1], currently plasma5 defaults
are very "hard core hacker" with the most bare bones setup.
