Motivation for this change

Launcher showed me a warning about it being outdated when launched, this fixed that.

I'm confused, isn't this an even older version of the launcher? Looking in the about section, it says it was built November 27, 2020, whereas the 2.2.1441 launcher says it was built January 27, 2021. The reason we're not using the latest version of the launcher, by the way, is #114732.

My sincere apologies, i had no idea. I just saw the version number go up, and the warning about updating disappear so I assumed it updated just fine.
