According to the 24.05 schedule, this is the last staging-next iteration that might contain breaking changes (except desktop environments).

- expand passthru tests to cover packages that depend on resholve
- drop temporary patches added to tests during bats update (so that
  PR didn't need to go through staging)
icu: Make static linking possible
sqlite, sqlite-analyzer: 3.45.2 -> 3.45.3
This is needed for nixos-anywhere
iproute2: fix static build
These functions have been removed in musl 1.2.4.
Fixes errors observed with compression using curl 8.7.1 by backporting
the upstream fix. See linked issues for more information.
This fixes neovim on platforms where luajit is not supported
