Motivation for this change

Update to latest version, 2.2.0. Several new dependencies and a bit of cleanup.

cc @mweinelt @ArdaXi @baracoder @thorstenweber83 as you were interested in the previous PRs

Things done
  • Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
  • Built on platform(s)
    • NixOS
    • macOS
    • other Linux distributions
  • Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
  • Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review wip"
  • Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
  • Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Tested through nixpkgs-review pr and saw no compilation issues. Did a quick run test and things looked fine, but I don't have access to our 3D printer currently, since we shutdown our hackerspace during this crisis.

Building looks good, when starting I immediately get

[2020-03-23 14:36:05.454724] [0x00007f88637fe700] [error]   Unable to initialize hidapi library: failed to load libudev.so.1 or libudev.so.0

Does that affect the USB connection to the printer? I don't know yet.

Everything else looks fine to me.

@mweinelt I'm not sure, that is new I think. I also don't have a printer atm.

Yep, error is gone. Everything else lgtm.

Adding myself (moredread) as maintainer. Several new dependencies and a bit of cleanup.
