By default, No Man's Sky VR screenshots appear stretched. By changing their aspect ratio to 1:1 (making them square), the shots look much more natural. To automate this solution, this program makes 1:1 aspect ratio copies of your screenshots.
This Program has become redundant because the NMS devs recently patched the issue! I will keep the repository up as a record, but this tool no longer provides a utility for players.
The executable jar can be downloaded in the assets of the most recent release: found here
- Place the executable jar file into your desired screenshot folder
- Double click the jar file or right click and select open.
- Done. The program will automatically run and the output images will appear in the same folder.
