You need Grunt installed globally:

$ npm install -g grunt-cli

$ git clone https://github.com/Noders/NodersCO-Web.git
$ cd NodersCO-Web
$ npm install
$ bower install
$ grunt serve
$ Abrir http://localhost:9000/
