This moves our nixpkgs instance to
nixos-unstable-small(previouslynixos-unstable) to help get package updates faster, and potentially reduce eval times as certain packages (I think generally graphical toolkits) are excluded.Additionally, it bumps all plugin inputs to help with Neovim 0.10.0 compatibility, which just landed in the unstable channel.
