Graffiti for YRPF

This package is a YRPF 1.2.4 compatible only package.
The package provide a item (Spray can) and the possibility to apply graffiti on defined area You can define spots/graffiti in sv/config.lua

• Clone the repository
• Put the package in "packages" folder
• Add it to server_config.json
