Migrating crm claim type from V13 to V14

…d with this, it allows to configure claim stages depending on claim types. This module includes Customer, Supplier and Other claim types as default data and its own stages relation, and also makes few stages common for different claim types
Updated by "Update PO files to match POT (msgmerge)" hook in Weblate.

module crm_claim is already merged in 14.0 (#391)
can you please remove from this PR? then rebase with 14.0
