12-hr data gap

We're seeing an approximately 12-hour data gap on MMW for all of our sites, beginning at 4/26/2022 6:45:00 PM UTC.

I am also see sporadic multiple reading losses on these field sites

All three sites had reliable delivery working, meaning they received a 201 when posted.

For a local site (behind my house) https://monitormywatershed.org/sites/nh_LCC45/
I see sporadic losses starting 2022-04-16 7:15 covering 2 to 5hours
with the largest loss of 48 continuous records (12 hours) between 2022-04-26 18:30 and 2022-04-27 6:15

Since this is a local site, I could get access to a LOG on the uSD of all POST attempts and responses if needed.
