This hopefully make it clearer that it only generates figures for the samples in the tutorial, not for the entire documentation.

Regarding the paths: Oops, I had moved the binaries only in my own branch, sorry about that. Regarding the Doxyfile; Ideally 'make doc' should run the script before running Doxygen, and then everything needs to be in the output tree, but this should only happen if ParaView is available... |

On second thoughts, I'll rather rewrite this into something more robust (allowing out-of-tree builds etc.) |
