Doc: trac gdalwarp page just links to current documentation

What is the bug?

There is a link to the old trac at the bottom of https://gdal.org/en/latest/programs/gdalwarp.html. Following that link comes to the trac page, but that just links back to the documentation we just came from.

I haven't checked other pages, so it's possible the issue exists elsewhere too.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to the linked webpage, scroll to the bottom and click on the link to get to the old trac page.

Versions and provenance

Latest trac/documentation on webpage.

Additional context

It seems @dbaston modified the trac "recently", so tagging him.
