Fix typo in v.distance fatal msg

A trivial fix of typos in v.distance doc and error message.

At the same time also the .po files should be fixed.

Since I get (not knowing enough about git, apparently, to understand "Add more commits by pushing to the fix-typo-in-v-distance-fatal branch on wenzeslaus/grass"):

 ! [remote rejected]     wenzeslaus-fix-typo-in-v-distance-fatal -> wenzeslaus-fix-typo-in-v-distance-fatal (permission denied)
error: failed to push some refs to 'git@github.com:wenzeslaus/grass.git'
