Optimized CCminer ARM 3.8.3-4

This binary is from a community member that did not have the time to make a public release and is capable of mining after the PBaaS activation block 2,549,420 on Verus mainnet, as well as the current VRSCTEST testnet.

Features

• CPU-affinity support (as in the original version from Monkins)
• NiceHash mode included (as in the original version from Monkins), with modification to not disable XNSUB if not active.
• Extranonce subscriptions active by default (required for VerusProxy, supported by most pools by default)
• build is optimized for the most used processor in phones, which gives up to 10% speed boost (nothing is guaranteed). This may not be compatible with all phones. In case of issues fall back to the previous version.

Notable changes

• fix in verusscan.cpp reduces invalid shares at the pool.

As a service to the community I will also provide compiled binaries, whenever I compiled one for myself.
There's no dev fee in this miner.
This implies that I do not take compilation requests and the binaries are supplied "as is", without any liabilities or warranties.

Rename the downloaded binaries to ccminer and make them executable to use them.
