As our plan moving forward is to convert the Spec and other documents in this repository to Asciidoctor format, this PR converts all the documents except the Spec (
README.md)(The spec is a little trickier to convert because there are two unmarked PRs that need to be converted as well, so we'll do the Spec separately.)
