Dear @anafunguetto,

We are currently working on such a database. However, it will still take a while till we make it publicly available.
In the mean time you could enter the data manually.
What CYP are you looking for?

Kind regards,
Henrik

Dear @anafunguetto,

sorry for the late response.
The Cyp1a2 should only be present in the liver.

In our data base, the expression pattern of P-gp (Abcb1a) (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/170913) in the rat look like:

For CYP3A4 it is a bit more tricky, since there are several homologs in the rat and sex specific differences in expression:

Here you should consider liver and intestinal activity.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,
Henrik
