Database for rat

would anyone have a database for rat (with cyp/PgP expession)? I need to simulate IP concentrations...

We are currently working on such a database. However, it will still take a while till we make it publicly available.
In the mean time you could enter the data manually.
What CYP are you looking for?

Hi! thanks for the return. Good to know you´re making this information possible! We´re looking for pgP expressions in rat (brain, liver and intestine).
