Adição de descrição da disciplina Transformação Digital, cadeira pouco conhecida que quando falamos "TD" quase ninguém tem conhecimento que é Transformação Digital.
Solução adotada:
Adicionei o objeto com as informações da disciplina no arquivo de disciplinas.json
