Docs index page:

• Changed the order of the 4 boxes, fixed table formatting

OneDeploy guides:

• Incorporated feedback into the Overview and tutorials
• Final text review of Overview and tutorials
• Shared Storage tutorial:
  -- Added checks for /etc/fstab and NFS mounts
  -- Corrected indentation in the .yml file in the Shared Storage tutorial
• Added mentions of more complex network setups and a few details on the bridged networking used in the tutorials
• Updated the Overview image

Others:

• Moved the OneDeploy guides to the Installation Guide
• Renamed Front-end Installation to Manual Front-end Installation
• Added brief mention of OneDeploy in Overview/OpenNebula Concepts/OpenNebula Overview

TODO:

• Put common parts of the tutorials in .txt files
