Engineer wont capture a service depot from above or below #14275

If you have an engineer more than 1 cell away from a service depot and you try and capture it from above or below, it doesn't work.

Somthing must be wrong with closeEnough checks and "=" footprint.(edited)

It is not just top btw, bottom too.
SD's footprint was changed from _x_ xxx _x_ to _=_ xxx _=_ in new release, making those 2 cells passable.(edited)

I think movement code thinks building is closeEnough, but ExternalCapture doesn't causing engineer to wait there without capturing.```

if you actually move them to top tile (or bottom tile) and then order capture - it works. Most likely issue with pathing order issued

If it's not too hard to fix, we should try to get this into the upcoming bugfix release.
