  • Adds a crate lifetime override to campaign-rules.yaml as crates should never expire in missions.
  • Standardizes the name of the script file for Top o' the World
  • Moves the OnAnyDamaged function to campaign-global.lua
  • Changes the fence owner from Neutral in Soviet01
  • Removes usage of AddPrimaryObjective and AddSecondaryObjective, which I assume will eventually be removed entirely in favor of AddObjective.
