Loading an invalid path with openrct2 produces results different than expected #7313

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try loading a non-existent file with openrct2 and openrct2-cli

Expected results:

  • A message stating the file does not exist or some other feedback

Actual results:

  • openrct2
    • black screen
  • openrct2-cli
    • segfault with following trace:
