editor: selecting "Aucun code de composition" does not work

What happened?

When selecting "Aucun code de composition" in the editor's layers modal, all speed section disappear from the map.

What did you expect to happen?

When selecting "Aucun code de composition" in the editor's layers modal, speed section should be displayed with their unconditional speed limits, as it occurs in the Cartography application.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Go to the editor, open the layers modal, check the Speed sections layer and select "Aucun code de composition" in the select input
2. Validate the modal

What operating system, browser and environment are you using?
