My understanding is that the sale is still pending. Meaning the offer has been made, terms agreed up on, but the actual transaction hasn't finished as legal issues might still have to be resolved (or eventually lead to failure of the sale). At this point, both companies still own rights to the game and 21FC is not yet a subsidary of Disney. |
