It got quite far, but failed on JuliaTime/TimeZones.jl#331 (not related to this buildpack). |

I've got another server running just fine on Julia 1.6.1 on Heroku 👍. I would say this PR is good to go. |

I'm gonna test it now. I have no idea how to setup a development environment for this, so I'm just gonna run my production server with it.
