Light theme: Disabled buttons are invisible on Panels

Issue description:
The current disabled button theme has the same background color as panels. This causes buttons to blend with the background; mainly in the palette dock. Empty palette swatches are also using the button disabled theme to set their background get_stylebox("disabled", "Button").bg_color so it affect them too.
