Accidently deleted profile how add it back

When i was editing my fortnite profile i accidently deleted the profile and when i tried to add it back it said catastrophic failure.

Hey I saw ur comment don’t worry I did the same exact thing so pretty much how I got it back was by going to nvidia experience then downloading the latest driver and lastly just restarting my pc (I don’t know if the last step is necessary but I’d still do it if I were u ) hope this helps

just create a new profile and add the executable
