Descriptive summary

Bring over the verification classes used in migration. Not all of the classes will be needed, and modifications needed (for example, classes assume the existence of a migrator_work, migration profiles)
Likely includes: VerifyWorkJob, VerifyWorkService, VerifyService, BatchVerificationService
