GoOS

GoOS (GoplexOS) is a simple operating system (OS) built from scratch using CosmosOS

Features

• A desktop environment with commonly used apps (ex: file manager)
• Simple command line interface, has commands for common tasks (ex: creating files and running programs)
• Text UI (to be deprecated)
• Basic file system support (FAT12, FAT16 & FAT32)
• Runs on both virtual machines and real hardware (NOT RECOMMENDED ON REAL HARDWARE)

Minimum requirements

• 192MB RAM or more
• 1MB HDD or bigger preformatted as FAT32
• PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse
• VGA Display (HDMI will work if onboard)

Recommended requirements

• 1GB RAM or more
• 512MB HDD or bigger preformatted as FAT32 (VHD provided on any release)
• PS/2 Keyboard & Mouse
• VGA Display (HDMI will work if onboard)
