Using prebuilt ACE is problematic, because there is no info from which commit the lib should be built, and the ACE API is changing all the time. To counter that, I've added ACE as submodule - this way it's always synced to last good known version.
Also, I've added cmakelists because ppl ask me how to run it and I'm an automake noob
